PDF Tools API provides REST API endpoints for PDF operations including but not limited to: conversion to and from PDF format, merging multiple PDF files, splitting PDF files, compressing PDF files, extracting text and images from PDFs, adding watermarks, rotating pages, encrypting and decrypting PDFs.

All right, title, and interest in and to the Service (including all intellectual property rights embodied therein, including any patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, know-how, and all other proprietary rights) is and will remain exclusively with PDF Tools API. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, domain names, or other brand features.
You retain all rights to the content you upload to our service. We do not claim ownership over your files or data.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the Service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or due to network or equipment failures beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from service interruptions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PDF TOOLS API BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
